Green Deal @ Spiel‘ in Essen 2014

The game fair Spiel‘ in Essen (West Germany) is the biggest board game fair in the whole world. People from all around the world flood towards this relatively small city each October. Of course Green Deal had to be there, and so it was!

Despite the train strike that prevented some visitors from coming I managed to sell a whole bunch of copies to visitors and retailers alike! It was also very nice to meet the crowdfunding backers who pledged the Essen-Pickup face-to-face.

One highlight was definately when Friedemann Friese (always with green hair), one of the most famous German game designers, looked for Green Deal and instantly bought it! He has read about Green Deal online and it was a must buy for him.
