🛒 Webstore Coming Soon
So, you can’t make it to the fair… no problem. Something new is coming! 👀
We’re working on a brand-new webstore where you will be able to order:
- 🎮 ALL THE GAMES from the campaign
- 🌍 Language Packs
- 🪙 Metal coins
- 🃏 Card sleeves
Whether you’re looking to buy for the first time, or if you pledged during the campaign but there’s something you wish you had added, or if you have friends that now want their own copies, there will soon be a place to get it. The webstore is not open just yet, but we’ll announce it right here in our Newsletter as soon as it’s live later this year.
Need it in non-English?
In the meantime, we’re getting a lot of requests about “How can I get the game in my language right now?” All language rulebooks are available right now as a free download on our Karma Games website. Just click on the game you want, and you’ll land on a page where you can choose from our available languages:

🌍 Campaign Fulfillment Update
Campaign fulfillment around the world is in high gear. There’s been a ton of movement lately — boxes shipping out, containers arriving, customs being cleared — and we can finally start to see the finish line from here.
Here’s a look at where we are around the world.
🇨🇳 Asia
Asia fulfillment is a huge job all on its own.
VFI Asia packs all the orders in China, then ships large batches of pledges to 14 different hub countries throughout Southeast Asia and the Middle East. All with varying ship dates and travel times. VFI Asia tracks all of their hub statuses on their Hubs shipment website with links to message each local hub. Look for our campaign project under Clans of Caledonia – Industria. This title covers all the games under the campaign: Industria, Millennia: Tracks of Time, Thiefdom, and Peninsula.
We’ve already heard from backers in South Korea 🇰🇷, Japan 🇯🇵, Hong Kong🇭🇰, and Taiwan 🇹🇼 who’ve started receiving their games! 🎉 India, Middle East, South Africa, and Vietnam shipments are still pending. Pledges have just been sent to the Thailand hub and will start delivering next month.
🇨🇦 Canada
Good news, Canada! 🍁
All pledges have been picked up from the warehouse as of October 8th, and we’ve already heard from backers who’ve received pledges. 🚚 Some deliveries might still take up to two weeks (especially for remote areas), but things are moving along!
🇪🇺 Europe
Lots of progress happening in Europe!
All pledges arrived at the warehouse last week. The first container — which included Industria and the Industria Bundle — started processing on October 7th and began shipping simple orders containing only those items within a few days. Countries closest to Germany are seeing their deliveries first, while others a bit farther out will take a little longer.
With the arrival of the second container, all pledges have begun processing. As of today, around 3,100 of 6,000 orders have shipped. There’s still a lot to go, and the larger more complex orders will need to get done — we expect it’ll take another 2–3 weeks (so end of Oct/start of Nov) for all pledges to make their way out. 💪
🇬🇧 United Kingdom
UK pledges are at Spiral Galaxy Games, who are currently confirming addresses before shipping. They’ve got excellent up-to-date info right on their Facebook page, so backers can check in there anytime to find out just where they are in fulfillment. Looks like they’ve got two projects in the queue ahead of us and shipping should start in a few weeks.
🇺🇸🇲🇽 US / Mexico
Pledges have landed in New York City and are clearing customs. 🛳️ On Monday, October 20th, they will be delivered to the New Jersey warehouse, and games should be delivered within 2-4 weeks depending on how far they have to travel. Orders to Mexico would be on the later end.
🇦🇺🇳🇿 Australia / New Zealand
This one’s been a bit of a rough sail 🌊 — we’d hoped the shipment would have been at the warehouse a week ago, but the ocean had other plans. Nonetheless, cargo has now reached land and arrived at the warehouse!
🧩 Replacement Parts
If you need a replacement part for your game Reader, you can now submit a request through our new Replacement Parts Request Form.
All the games are listed there. Just click the box for any games you need help with and write a description of the parts you need. In the form, we’ve provided links to all of our English language rulebooks for referencing the names of all their component parts.
I have to mention that we are currently setting up our complete Replacement Parts fulfillment process with volunteers around the world. But please fill out the form so we can process your request the moment we are fully running. We appreciate your patience and look forward to getting you everything you need as soon as possible.
If you need a replacement part, and you will be at Essen, you can get the part at our booth 3-M417. We’ll just need to see proof of purchase.
