🛠️ Production Update & Coin Preview – July 2025

Hey Reader,

We’ve got some exciting updates from Karma Games we’d love to share with you.

🏭 Production Progress: All Aboard & On Track!

All print-ready files have officially landed at the factory—and they’re already churning through the run! The print run is on track to wrap by late July.

✅ All wooden tokens, inserts, metal coins etc. are fully produced.
✅ All printed materials like card sheets, punchboard sheets etc. are printed (with the exception of the Japanese rulebook for Millennia: Tracks of Time which was just finalized)

In the next two weeks, the factory will complete:

🔲 Cutting of cards and punchboards
🔲 Mass-assembly of all games

Here’s when we’re estimating deliveries will start by region:

• US / Mexico / Canada / Australia / NZ — September 7
• EU / UK — September 21
• Rest of the World (fulfillment from China) — August 10 (longer for some locations)

These are ballpark estimates, of course, as there may be delays at shipping ports (though we hope not!).

✈️ Juma & Stefan in China

To ensure top-notch quality, Juma and Stefan made a trip to the factory in China. They’ve checked everything firsthand to make sure production meets the standards you’ve come to expect from Karma Games.

We’re also excited to reveal the new metal coins for:

Clans of Caledonia: Industria – now with sleek new train-themed coins

Millennia: Tracks of Time – featuring beautifully crafted metal designs
