We are looking to grow our team.

Karma Games is a growing team based in Berlin/Germany, always on the lookout for new members. Our goal is to become one of the leading publishers of mid-to heavy strategy games. We strive to create strong evergreen board games, that enter the top 200 on Boardgamegeek and that will keep being played & reprinted in 10+ years. To achieve this goal, we work hard, create world-class processes with a lot of automation and keep growing as a team. This way, we get a lot done despite being a small team with limited resources.

Our company culture is driven, goal-oriented, and friendly. Our communication is rather direct and analytical. The best argument wins, no matter if it was suggested by the intern or the CEO. Yet we maintain a playful and fun vibe.

If you are a heavy gamer with a huge passion for strategy board games and want to join a smart & demanding team, please fill in the form in the bottom to apply for a job at Karma Games.

Please note that Employment is only possible in Germany, outside of Germany we can only work with freelancers.
