Responsibilities will include:

• Managing all day-to-day bookkeeping (Fibu) and financial records

• Preparing and filing monthly VAT returns (Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung) and annual financial statements

• Handling the One-Stop-Shop (OSS) declarations for our international sales

• Processing invoices, managing accounts, and coordinating with our tax advisor

• Ensuring full compliance with German tax regulations and deadlines
