Board game developer
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., project management, business administration, game design) or equivalent experience.
- Vast knowledge and deep understanding of board games
- Experience scouting good prototypes
- You can develop a prototype into a final board game
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Native English Speaker (or at a very high level) and a good grasp of the German language

Project Manager
- Bachelor’s degree with solid grades
- Proven and related job experience, esp. in a supporting role
- Solid knowledge of board games
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills
- Proficiency in project management tools
- Passion for board games
- Familiarity with crowdfunding platforms and the board game market
- Languages: Great knowledge of both English and German, at least one of those at Native Speaker level
